Refunds

  • Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
  • Refunds shall be done in line with the Consumer Protection Act as well as the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
  • Refund requests must be made within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery date. After 14 (fourteen) days from delivery date you must contact Global Football to determine the best course of action. Global Football will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners. 
  • A copy of the credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original invoice may be requested prior to Global Football issuing a return authorization.
  • Returns must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging. Global Football reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged.
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product; to request an RA number, please email or call Global Football and provide the following information:

  • Upon written receipt of the RA number, Global Football shall arrange for the collection of your product. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.
  • Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer.
  • You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Global Football’s warehouse. Products should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or insured; Global Football shall not be responsible for products lost or damaged during the return process.
